After 7 years working in the same company, the guys are finally talking about a discussion on pay rise. I've never ask a boss for a pay rise before, but i hope this doesn't turn out to be a war of words. I know discussion about money usually ends ugly, i hope to avoid that .
Im happy fellow colleague included me in the discussion, they treat me as a team member now =o)
To gain their respect and trust is already an achievement , most of them have been around for more then 12 years !
