Busy today, had to take Dad to see his favorite GP. The pain in the bone is unbearable for him, only thing i can do for him is take him to the GP for painkiller jab...and get more pain killers. Dr Tong say he doesn't want dad to turn into a medicine dump. But, right now, he needs that relief.
Made some fish soup for the kids today, real happy that i gut the fish , fillet it myself today, not bad for a first timer, hehehe. Too bad i'm juicing today, so no dinner. But i did have my boy brought us a nice cake for desert, dark chocolate cake....so guilty !
Oh well, we indulge once in a while...and the family is happy, so i'm happy !
