I had already remind myself that a heavy breakfast is not right. Why? cause it can bog you down, makes you lethargic and effect your work rate.
So i choose 2 curry puff from the malay food stall rather then the usual chee cheong fun from the fried bee hoon stall. A big surprise awaits me.
Just an hour or so after i ate the curry puff, i began to feel shitty(literally). I'm not sure if it was the curry puff or the milk i drank last night, but my stomach began to churn and slowly, i develop a fever, seen a doctor, he said it's just stomach flu, lets hope it recover soon.

why don't you try to eat wholemeal bread with kaya for breakfast. its the safest and a healtier choice! at least aviod anything "curry" for breakfast.. its a shock to your digestive system in the morning.. so be gentle and eat 2 slices of wholemeal breads with milo.. be safe..
