Things that made me happy today :

Am happy to resolve some issue with a customer's new setup. Although i did spend a good 6 hours there, but things got sorted out eventually....i'm glad i didnt give up.

Spent some time with the little ones, brought them over to mom's , glad i could spare some times everyday for the family. It makes living all worth while =o)

Happy to get some free lunch today !  Had a customer doing a office warming party and i was just there at the right time ! woot !

Manage to get Beet root at the wet market in the evening, thought it was all sold out, lucky me !
Going the right way with that juicing, Apple , Beet root and Carrot ..just like Joan said, ABC drink .

Am grateful that i brought a car when i could afford it.  Saves me alot of time and i can take family anywhere they want. Really happy to have a car =o)

Wife made some nice ginseng chicken soup today,... she made some for my parents too. Looking on the bright side and really getting into the gratitude blog. I like the idea of making this a habit rather then concentrate on things that are sad and angry, think about all the good things that had happened. Would be a much better place to live.

Working on a saturaday is relaxing and today i throughly enjoy the work, although we spend most of the time cracking jokes and chatting since we need to wait for the contractor to finish laying the cables.

Ate Char kway teow today ! yay, Saturaday i lay off juicing and eat what i want ! totally awesome !

So happy to be able to hitch a ride with the president's escort, had a congestion free ride from Bukit timah to Lornie Road along the PIE

Things that make me happy today :  Meeting my best pal Desmond today, we talk about everything and i feel really happy to see him =o)

Conducting a second viewing for a property i'm selling ! Second viewing are usually chances to close a deal ... go me !

Things that makes me happy today:

Have my sister help clear up dad's hospital bill, i know i can always count on her.
Seeing how my 5 years old have grown ! He is taller then the hand rail !!

so thankful to have a family that cares for each other. =o)

back to basic

slow moving real estate making had me thinking over the weekend.

Should we go back to concentrating on marketing a few good priced property or contiune with
all this "hundreds of property for you to choose from" direction.

i think going back to basic is good. Newspaper Ad, multiple listing website, and sharing
with your direct buyer, i think that is a good move.

But have to be careful with the newspaper ad because it cost a bomb and the result is always
what you expect.

will need to close soon, am running dry, too much commitment,  must change spending habits.

Mentally tired. I keep telling myself to be happy, but without $$$, it seems like everything is a problem.

well, sitting around bitching won't help,  time to move , get busy ...
